Hi there and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Daisy Day, the girl behind this blog. I created this space as a supportive, real-life coach for women like you — and me — who are navigating the ups and downs of weight loss, fitness, and creating a healthier life after 40. Like everyone else, I’ve travelled through the ups and downs of starting again, trying new habits, and figuring out what feels good and works. It took time, but I found a simple method of staying active, eating correctly, and maintaining a positive attitude, and it genuinely transformed my life.

One day, a good friend was having trouble getting back on track and asked for my help. I helped her with the same small, day-to-day changes that I had made myself, and not only did she achieve her goals, but she also regained a fresh sense of energy and confidence. That sparked something in me. I saw how much power there is in helping others when we’re sharing what works, and that’s why this blog was started.

This space is all about progress, not perfection. Together, we’re building strength, balance, and confidence that lasts — at any age.
